The Spiritual Spa's purpose is to stimulate, revitalize, and renew your mind, body, and spirit with how you connect with yourself and others. This is a wonderful and affordable alternative to traditional 1 on 1 talk therapy that allows you to seek answers and share matters from your heart discreetly in community with others. Sessions are facilitated by Conscious Body Therapy's owner Jessica Love, a Holistic Relationship Psychotherapist.

Crystal Sound Baths are an ancient form of deep meditation that includes various ambient sounds played by an instructor. These sounds are notes that vibrate at different frequencies that can enhance and guide you through your whole meditative experience. Crystal Sound Baths can also promote healing throughout your body by reducing stress and anxiety, have an impact on the human nervous system and decrease blood pressure, helps tune out your thoughts and tune into your meditation, and allows you to open up and reconnect with one's self. The Spiritual Spa will include the following...

In order for The Spiritual Spa to be a safe and healing space we must respect the space by turning all phones on SILENT or leave them in your vehicle. Please make sure you wear a mask at all times. You will spend most of the session lying down so you may want to bring a yoga mat (I have a limited amount), small blanket, head pillow, water, journal and pen.

COVID19 Screening Questions

If you answer YES, to any of the questions below, please do not register for this event to help reduce the spread of COVID19.

• Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough or chest pain/congestion?
• Do you have a fever?
• Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell?
• In the past week, have you come into contact with a person suspected of infection or infected with Covid-19?
• Have you traveled outside of state in the past two weeks?

Please arrive 10 min prior to start time, however, we do allow a 10 min grace period before doors are closed.

Must be 18 years or older to register and attend.
