REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges will not be permitted. However, if there has been a mistake on our behalf, we will do our best to resolve the issue right away. Please email us at info@consciousbodytherapy.com.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Conscious Body-Therapy can ship anywhere within the USA. All products are shipped through USPS.

All orders are processed within 1-2 days and shipped on the following: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.

All orders are shipped US Priority Mail or First Class Mail.

Please make sure that your shipping information is up-to-date before completing your order. Conscious Body-Therapy cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer.

You will be provided a Tracking Number once your order ships. Please utilize the Tracking Number to make sure that you will be available to receive or pick up your package. Conscious Body-Therapy WILL NOT be held responsible for missing packages, stolen packages or delivery errors made by USPS. Please leave delivery instructions with your local post office for proper package delivery.
