About the Event
The Deeper Roots Collective is a safe space to explore, release, and heal on a vibrational level; a complete mind, body & spirit experience. A deeply rooted therapeutic group session to explore self-love & boundaries through yoga, guided meditation, crystal sound bath and reflection.
This session will utilize poetry to explore the light, fruits, gems, and wisdom our ancestors experienced and illustrated so eloquently with their gifts. Their words were written to help guide us along the journey of life.
