About the Event
Our Hand-Me-Down's Hurt: Understanding the Mother/Daughter Dynamic collective session will explore the complex relationships that have developed intergenerationally between a mother and daughter. From subtle exchanges to extreme experiences, wether she is present or not; we can began the healing through understanding historical behaviors, decisions, and how we've received it. This event will incorporate poetry, a crystal sound bath, guided meditation, and therapeutic reflection to identify the unconscious patterns that contribute to hurtful relationship dynamics.
All attendees must be at least 18 years old!
The Deeper Roots Collective (DRC) is a safe space to explore, release, and heal on a vibrational level; a complete mind, body & spirit experience. The DRC is a deeply rooted therapeutic group session to explore self-love & boundaries through yoga, guided meditation, poetry, crystal sound bath and reflection. Uniquely curated to provide guest an opportunity to ask questions anonymously for therapeutic reflection. Whether you are interested in therapy, not ready to commit to one on one talk therapy, or have limited access to receive therapeutic support, this is an invaluable holding and growing space to experience. The tools gained in our sessions will seamlessly translate to your own personal journey of healing at home. The beauty of the collective allows the introvert and extrovert the opportunity to comfortably co-exist at their desired level of engagement.
